In the context of strengthening national sovereignty, the Acting President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, received at Miraflores Palace the representative of the United States Government.
The Dignitary described this meeting as a «frank conversation,» aimed at building new diplomatic paths that favor regional stability without compromising the firmness of the Venezuelan position nor its sovereign jurisdiction.
During her speech, the Head of State emphasized that these international ties seek to generate social and political improvements under a climate of fraternity.
In this sense, the President affirmed: «Respect takes nothing away from anyone, rather it adds to everyone,» reiterating that, under the principles of Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, it is possible to advance in work agendas that prioritize the well-being of the Venezuelan people above historical differences.
The Dignitary reaffirmed that the absolute priority of her administration is the peace of mind of families and the economic recovery of the country.
