We refer to the Armistice and War Regularization Treaties, endorsed in Trujillo by the Liberator and the enemy forces, and whose signature is 200 years old.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Worthy of admiration, was the decisive and magnanimous role that the Genius of America had in this agreement. The royal crown tried to order the revolutionary movement to lay down its arms and subscribe to the privileges that Spain promised its officers. But let’s remember how Bol\u00edvar, with political clarity and negotiation skills far superior to that of his opponents, not only rejected such an offer, but also used the armistice for a bold counter-proposal: to regularize the conflict. For this reason, while the enemies of the Nation persist in their intentions to attack the Republic, the Bolivarian Project led by the Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros, does not rest in its effort to urge sanity, to dialogue, to understanding, to resolve differences civilly and politically, <\/span><\/span>a<\/span><\/span>midst agreements that contribute to social coexistence.<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/p>\n The sons and daughters of Bol\u00edvar and Ch\u00e1vez, inspired by the ideology bequeathed by the liberators, will at all times embrace the human cause, whatever their circumstances.
