The attorney general of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, informed that the Public Prosecutor’s Office accused on Tuesday night the former Colombian senator Aida Merlano for identity theft, use of false documents and association to commit crimes.<\/p>\n

He also indicated that Yeico Manuel Vargas Silvera, of Colombian nationality, has been charged for the crimes of cover-up and association to commit crimes.<\/p>\n
