For the vice minister of Communication Management, Isbemar Jim\u00e9nez, the Constitutional Law against Hate, for Peaceful Coexistence and Tolerance, unanimously approved by the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), was necessary to heal the wounds left by the violence promoted by the right wing, and which took the lives of more than 100 Venezuelans.<\/p>\n

\u00abFor 100 days we lived, sadly, in our own flesh that experience that we Venezuelans had never suffered, that was not part of our collective, of our imaginary referent, and that product of that arrogance of characters such as Julio Borges, Freddy Guevara, Leopoldo L\u00f3pez, Mar\u00eda Machado and Lilian Tintori, who were in the streets encouraging hatred, using children, pricing minors to participate in violent acts, distributing drugs (Captagon) to encourage the Venezuelan youth to commit crimes of hatred, as it happened (…) and the National Constituent Assembly came here to preserve peace\u00bb.<\/p>\n

This legal instrument, proposed by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, before the highest instance of the Original Constituent Power, was necessary to \u00abclean up all the hatred that was irresponsibly sown by an apolitical leadership\u00bb, reiterated the journalist during the \u00abVia Alterna\u00bb (Alternate Way) program, which she conducts on the signal of RNV Informative channel.<\/p>\n

The also President of the Radio Nacional de Venezuela network clarified that this law, published yesterday – November 8 – in the Official Gazette 41.274, is mandatory compliance by service providers of radio, television and subscription, public, private and community ; exhorting the media to disseminate this law that is taxed in favor of tolerance, peace and coexistence.<\/p>\n
