The Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced on Monday the appointment of two new ministers for the National Executive.
Firstly, Captain Juan Escalona was appointed as the new Minister of People’s Power for the Presidential Office. The Acting President announced the appointment through a message on her official account on Telegram, where she expressed: “I appoint Captain Juan Escalona as the new Minister of People’s Power for the Presidential Office.”
Rodríguez highlighted the qualities of the new minister, affirming in the same post: “I know that his loyalty, ability, and commitment will bring forward the following of the development of our Bolivarian Government’s plans along with the people. Let’s always go onward!”
Simultaneously, she made a second appointment. Vice Admiral Aníbal Coronado was appointed as the new Minister of People’s Power for Ecosocialism.
This appointment is framed within the objective of continuing to develop this area as a fundamental strategic line of the revolutionary process.
The Acting President took the opportunity to thank the management of Ricardo Molina, who previously headed that ministerial office, acknowledging his commendable work.
